Dr Paul O’Shea BA (Hons) LLB MSc PhD GDLP is the director and principal solicitor of O’Shea Lawyers Pty Ltd.
With over 23 years’ experience as a commercial lawyer, Dr O’Shea has conducted some of the leading cases in consumer credit law and advised governments, consumer groups, and industry stakeholders. He has also been a member of the Banking and Finance Committee of the Queensland Law Society for more than 15 years and is the author of The Legal Environment of Business.
Eric McIlwain LLB(Hons) GDLP BEng(Mech) DipMar Surv is an employed solicitor of O’Shea Lawyers Pty Ltd.
With more than 35 years of experience in the maritime industry as a Marine Engineer and Marine Surveyor, and more recently as a Solicitor, Eric brings a wealth of practical experience to the practice of the law. He is currently the Chair of the Australasian Institute of Marine Surveyors.
